It’s so nice that summer is finally here in the PNW. It certainly took it’s time coming. I snapped this one while Mind Castle‘s Danielle and Casey were taking me out for an ice-cream cone during their totally rad work shop last week.

This guy is so cool. Every time Mary and I walk down to the corner store he’s always so animated and happy. He’s always saying “Hey Guys!! What’s up?! How are you?!! What’s been happening?!” He totally makes our neighborhood a wonderful place.

I like the lighting in each photo. I think the black and white photo was done nicely in black and white and perhaps maybe even nicer than in color.
