The Taqueria La Pasadita is a Taco Truck right off the freeway in the Northgate Starbucks parking lot. This place holds memories. It’s where Mary & I used to get tacos when we first met and became friends about 5 years ago. It’s also right down the street from where our friends Kim & Roger lived. It was around that time that I started developing a huge crush on Mary.
While driving back from Seattle late the other night, Mary and I were coming up on the Northgate exit when we both realized how hungry we were. We had to stop and pick up a couple plates to go. Not just for old times sake… but because those guys really do make a bitchin’ taco.
Oh yeah, and this guy was not only nice enough to make us a plate after he had shut off his open sign, he even posed for a picture.

I am finding that a lot of your photos have a WB shifted to really cool tones. Sometimes I am wondering if I am looking at images taken from the Arctic or something :)
It does go well with the theme (blue text, etc), but I am curious if that’s actually the *AmericanVirus* style? Something that you’ve developed over a long time and have stuck with?
It’s something that I’ve just been playing with over the last few months. No conscious effort in developing a style. Funny, this is the 2nd comment I’ve gotten this week on the cold tones.
About 5 months back I was noticing a trend of a some of my pictures having really warm tones and colors to them. I think I’ve just tried to take things in another direction for awhile.
It’s also really cold and frosty this time of year where I live in the PNW. I’m sure that’s definitely effecting the way I’m processing these pictures.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you like the pics.
