Field Trip

Last week Mary and I took a day off with our friends Danielle and Aaron to check out the Kurt Cobain and Andy Warhol exhibits at the Seattle Art Museum. One of the coolest things that the S.A.M. has done recently is allow photography in the museum. There are no photos aloud in the special exhibits, but you’re free to take pictures almost everywhere else as long as you don’t use a flash. The exhibits were awesome. The Andy Warhol exhibit was especially inspiring because it centered on his portrait photography and media works. Definitely check them out if you have a chance, and you can do so for free every first Thursday of the month. Don’t forget to bring your camera.
